Craving for a tasty snack? Make these Bread Cutlets by Recipe Factory at home yourself with simple ingredients.

Ingredients

1. Bread Crumbs – 1 Cup
2. Mashed Boiled Potatoes – 2
3. Onions – 1/2 Cup
4. Coriander Leaves – 1/2 Cup
5. Cabbage – 1/2 Cup
6. Capsicum – 1/2 Cup
7. Carrots – 1/2 Cup
8. Green Chillies – 2
9. Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 Teaspoon
10. Salt – 1 Teaspoon
11. Pepper Powder – 1/2 Teaspoon
12. Chilli Powder – 1/2 Teaspoon
13. Turmeric Powder – A Pinch
14. Chat Masala – 1/2 Teaspoon
15. Corn Flour – 2 Tablespoons
16. Lemon Juice – Juice of 1/2 a Lemon
17. Eggs – 2

Recipe Notes for Bread Cutlet

Grinding bread pieces in a mixie jar will make bread crumbs

Add mashed potatoes

Add capsicum pieces, cabbage pieces, chopped onions, carrots, chopped green chillies, coriander leaves, 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder, salt to taste

Also add chat masala, turmeric powder, chilli powder, 2 tablespoons corn flour and mix

Add juice of 1/2 a lemon, 2 eggs and mix

Add ginger garlic paste and mix till it forms a thick dough type mixture

Make small balls of desired size out of the dough and press it into desired shape

This can be deep fried or shallow fried

Let’s shallow fry now

Heat 2-3 tablespoons oil in pan

Add these prepared cutlets one by one onto the pan

Fry on medium flame for a couple of minutes and flip carefully

Flip and fry till they turn golden brown

Serve with favorite sauce
