Bread Omelette Recipe

Looking for an easy and tasty Breakfast recipe? Try this simple Bread Omelette recipe – street food style, that is a tasty way to fill your tummy in the morning.

Ingredients

1. Bread Slices
2. Eggs
3. Onions
4. Coriander Leaves
5. Green Chillies
6. Chilli Powder
7. Salt

Recipe Notes for Bread Omelette

Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan.

Add diced onions

Fry.

Add green chillies

Fry till onions turn brown.

Break eggs in a bowl.

Beat the eggs.

Add previously fried ingredients to the eggs.

Add 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder, 1 teaspoon salt or salt to taste

Mix.

Add coriander leaves

Mix.

Toast butter on a pan by adding butter or clarified butter (ghee).

Toast on one side and flip.

Spread the egg mixture on the toasted side with a spoon.

Flip and spread the egg mixture.

Add oil and flip.

Cook for a couple of minutes

Serve hot!
