Chicken Liver Fry Recipe

1. Chicken Liver – 1/2 Kg
2. Onions – 1 1/2 Cup
3. Salt – 2 Teaspoons
4. Chilli Powder – 2 Teaspoons
5. Cumin Seeds Powder – 1/2 Teaspoon
6. Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 1/2 Teaspoon
7. Coriander Seeds Powder – 1 Teaspoon
8. Turmeric Powder – 1/2 Teaspoon
9. Garam Masala – 1/2 Teaspoon
10. Green Chillies – 2
11. Curry Leaves – 1/2 Cup
12. Coriander Leaves – 1/2 Cup

Recipe Notes for Chicken Liver Fry

Add washed liver to a mixing bowl

Add 2 teaspoons chilli powder & 1 teaspoon coriander seeds powder

Also add 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds powder & 1 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste

Add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder and mix.

Let it sit for 10 minutes

In the mean time, fry onions

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in pan

Add 1 1/2 cup onions

Close lid and fry till they become transparent

Add 2 green chillies, 1/2 cup curry leaves and fry

Close lid and cook till onions turn brown

Add marinated liver and mix

Add salt and mix

Cook on medium flame for 10 minutes

Add garam masala and mix

Sprinkle coriander leaves

Serve with rice or roti
