Ingredients
- Dosa Batter
- Onions
- Tomatoes
- Capsicum
- Cheese
- Pizza Sauce or Tomato Sauce
- Salt
- Chilli Flakes(optional)
Today let’s see how to make a breakfast recipe – dosa sandwich for kids
Kids usually like sandwiches, this breakfast recipe is nothing but a sandwich made with regular dosa
Sandwich dosa is very easy to make and it is not only very healthy but also very tasty loaded with lots of veggies and yummy cheese
We will use regular dosa batter to make this recipe
Mix a little salt to the batter
To a make dosa batter, soak 1 cup black gram, 1 cup rice and soak for 4-5 hours
Grind it into a paste and let it ferment for 4-5 hours
Dosa batter is ready.

We need to chop lots of veggies for this sandwich
Here I used chopped onions, tomatoes and capsicum along with cheese
Any other veggies of your choice could be used
First we need to make dosa for the sandwich
Heat pan and spread 2 spoons dosa batter
Make the dosa a little bit thicker
Cook on low flame and spread butter on top after the dosa cooks a little
Spread the butter on top
Then spread a sauce on it
Any sauce of choice like pizza sauce, tomato sauce or even tomato chutney could be used
Sprinkle chopped onions on half of the dosa along with chopped capsicum and tomatoes
Also sprinkle some salt and chilli flake
Spread cheese on top and fold the dosa in half so that the veggies are cover
Cook on low flame for a minute after closing the lid
Spread butter on top if desired and flip it
Close lid for another minute and serve hot!
