Finger Millet Dosa Recipe | Instant Ragi Dosa

1. Finger Millets Flour – 1 Cup
2. Bombay Rava – 1 Cup
3. Rice Flour – 1/2 Cup
4. Curd – 1/2 Cup
5. Onions – 1/2 Cup
6. Green Chillies – 2
7. Coriander Leaves – 1/4 Cup
8. Curry Leaves – 1/4 Cup
9. Ginger – 1 Teaspoon
10. Cumin Seeds – 1 Teaspoon
11. Salt – 1 Teaspoon

Recipe Notes for Finger Millet Dosa

Let’s prepare batter for dosa first

Take 1 cup finger millets flour in a bowl

Add 1 cup bombay rava, 1/2 cup rice flour, 1 teaspoon salt or salt to taste, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds and mix

Add 1/2 cup curd, water and mix

Make the batter thinner than the normal dosa consistency

Mix and add chopped onions, green chillies, curry leaves, coriander leaves, ginger and mix

Grated carrot also could be added

Let it sit for 10-15 minutes

Heat pan.

Pour batter like we do for rava dosa

Spread 1/2 teaspoon oil

Cook for 2-3 minutes on high flame and flip it

Cook for 2 minutes on low flame

Serve hot with chutney or sambar!
