Fish Fingers Fry
1. Boneless Fish
2. Corn Flour – 2 Tablespoons
3. Eggs – 1 Or 2
4. Lemon – 1/2
5. Bread Crumbs – 1/2 Cup
6. Coriander Seeds Powder – 1 Teaspoon
7. Chilli Powder – 1 Teaspoon
8. Salt – 1 Teaspoon
9. Garam Masala Powder – 1/4 Teaspoon
10. Cumin Seeds Powder – 1/2 Teaspoon
11. Pepper Powder – 1/2 Teaspoon
12. Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 Teaspoon
13. Chat Masala – 1/2 Teaspoon
14. Soya Sauce – 1 Teaspoon
Lets make the Fish Fingers now
Cut boneless fish into long strips.
Move fish pieces into a plate.
Squeeze lemon juice onto it.
Add a pinch of salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder and mix.
Let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
To a mixing bowl, add 2 tablespoons corn flour.
Add 1 teaspoon chilli powder, 1 teaspoon coriander seeds powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds powder, 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder, 1/2 teaspoon chat masala, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1/2 teaspoon salt or salt to taste.
Add 1 egg first
Add another one if it isn’t sufficient.
Chopped coriander also could be added.
Here I didn’t need to add another egg, one egg was sufficient.
Add 1 teaspoon soya sauce
Add boneless fish pieces to the mixture
Marinate for 1/2 hour at least.
It would be better if put in fridge.
After 1/2 hour, take breadcrumbs into a plate.
Mix marinated fish pieces again.
Roll them one by one in the bread crumbs.
Deep fry the fish pieces.
Heat oil in pan
Deep fry the fish pieces one by one.
They could be shallow fried also.
Fry till the pieces turn dark brown.
