Kaju Paneer Curry Recipe

Ingredients
Cashew Nuts – 100 gms
Paneer – 150 gms
Onions – 3
Tomatoes -3
Green Chillis – 1
Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder – 2 teaspoon
Salt – 1 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander Powder – 1 teaspoon
Garam Masala Powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Curd – 1 tablespoon
Coriander Leaves – 1/2 cup
Oil – 4 tablespoon
Recipe Notes for Kaju Paneer Curry
Grind 3 onions with 7-8 cashew nuts.
Grind 3 tomatoes into a paste.
Add oil to a pan, heat it.
Add cashew nuts .
Fry till brown.
Set aside.
Fry the paneer pieces.
Set aside.
Heat 3 tablespoons of oil
Add onion-cashew nut paste.
Add 1 green chilli pieces
Cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
Add 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste , ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder and mix.
Then add tomato paste , let it cook.
Add 2 teaspoons chilli powder, 1½ teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon coriander powder and mix.
Add fried cashew nuts and paneer pieces.
Then add 1/4 teaspoon garam masala mix.
Garnish with 1 tablespoon curd.
Sprinkle coriander leaves.
