Mushroom Curry | How to make Spicy Mushroom Curry

Ingredients

1. Mushrooms – 1/4 Kg
2. Onions – 2
3. Green Chillies – 3
4. Tomatoes – 3
5. Ginger-garlic Paste – 1 Teaspoon
6. Turmeric Powder – 1/2 Teaspoon
7. Chilli Powder – 1 Teaspoon
8. Coriander Seeds Powder – 1 Teaspoon
9. Cumin Seeds Powder – 1/2 Teaspoon
10. Garam-masala Powder – 1/4 Teaspoon
11. Coriander Leaves – 1/2 Cup
12. Salt – 1 Teaspoon
13. Oil – 3 Teaspoons

Recipe Notes for Mushroom Curry

Heat pan.

Add 3 teaspoons oil.

Add 2 chopped onions.

Fry till they change colour.

Add 3 diced green chillies.

Mix.

Add 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste.

Mix, fry for a minute.

Add pieces of 3 tomatoes.

Cook till oil seeps out of them.

Add 1 teaspoon chilli powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon coriander seeds powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds powder.

Mix.

Add diced mushroom pieces.

Mix.

Add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder.

Mix.

Let mushrooms cook in oil for 5 minutes.

Add 1 cup water and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.

Add 1/4 teaspoon garam-masala, 1/2 cup coriander.

Mix.

Serve hot!
