New Lets start making the Peanut Chutney
Heat a pan and add one tea spoon oil.
After the oil is sufficiently heated,
Now lets fry 1/2 cup groundnut in it.
Then Add green chilli. Add garlic cloves, cumin seeds and mix.
Roasted dal could also be added.
This mixture should cool down for some time.
Add salt to taste and grind the mixture till it becomes a soft paste.
Then Heat a pan and add 1 table spoon of oil.
Subsequently Add 1/2 tea spoon mustard seeds, cumin seeds and dried chillis and fry.
Then Add curry leaves, Now add this mixture in to the chutney we prepared earlier.
